Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a strategic Thought Leader Liaison to support Dupixent in dermatology. This field-based, non-sales role engages top KOLs, shapes scientific narratives, and coordinates with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales to ensure field insights inform strategy.

You will manage executive encounters, plan conferences, and lead compliant KOL programming while traveling 60–70% within assigned territory. Advanced degrees and dermatology/immunology exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience in KOL engagement or field-based strategy.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement—identify, profile, and cultivate top dermatology leaders.
• Manage executive encounters at conferences, POAs, and field events.
• Lead compliant KOL programming and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with TLLs and alliance partners.
