Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Connecticut is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive product awareness and utilization across Southern CT from Guilford to Greenwich. The role reports to the District Business Manager and favors candidates located within the territory.

You will build disease and dermatology product knowledge, promote to healthcare professionals, manage accounts, and collaborate with field teams to exceed product goals while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preference: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
• High urgency with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based, results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and dermatology product knowledge and compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain customer access.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to support total account management and outstanding customer service.
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community.
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
