Job summary

Indegene is recruiting an experienced Publications Lead to drive strategy, writing, and review across dermatology-related content within a global Medical Affairs framework. You will collaborate with internal medical writers, project managers, and offshore teams to shape publications that are accurate, balanced, and compliant.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, and reports to the Director of Publications.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or advanced Life Science degree with experience in life sciences industry.
• 5+ years of Medical Affairs/Publications experience in pharma, including 3+ years in Dermatology.
• Proven publications planning and execution per GPP, ICMJE, EQUATOR network guidelines.
• Familiarity with medical strategy development, KOL engagement, and congress activities.
• CMPP or other medical writing/communications/Medical Affairs cert would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams and offshore colleagues to align content strategy and messaging.
• Lead development and execution of dermatology TA publications in line with product/brand strategy.
• Coordinate medical communications deliverables across congresses, launches, and data releases.
