Job summary

Indegene seeks an experienced Publications Lead to drive strategy, writing, and review for dermatology-focused medical content. You will collaborate with internal Medical Affairs teams across the US, Europe, and India and with external clients to deliver accurate, high-quality content.

You will oversee development of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, mentor offshore teams, and ensure compliance with GPP, ICMJE, and EQUATOR guidelines while supporting launches and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or advanced life science degree with life sciences industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Medical Affairs/Publications, 3+ years in Dermatology.
• Proven publications planning and execution per GPP, ICMJE, EQUATOR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead publications strategy, writing, and review across dermatology and related therapeutic areas.
• Coordinate with global Medical Affairs teams and clients to ensure compliant, high-quality outputs.
• Support advisory boards, symposiums, and launch initiatives with medical insights.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
