Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical office management or healthcare leadership.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Front Office & Administrative Oversight: supervise front office staff, optimize patient check-in/out, scheduling, and copay collection.
• Oversee insurance verification and prior authorization processes to minimize billing issues.
• Coordinate communication between front office, back office, providers, and leadership to ensure consistency.
• Back Office & Clinical Support Management: supervise clinical staff and ensure proper rooming, charting, and adherence to protocols.
• Financial & Operational Leadership: monitor KPIs, assist in budgeting, and drive process improvements.
