Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager for Richmond, VA to lead account-based selling with dermatology practices and hospital accounts. You will build relationships with key customers to drive adoption of Lilly therapies and engage with advocacy groups and managed care organizations.

The role emphasizes selling skills, medical integrity, and execution/results within a compliant, cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and uses insights tools to adapt to business needs.
• Navigate healthcare accounts to become a trusted partner and drive adoption of therapies.
• Promote Lilly’s portfolio through patient-centered dialogue and engagement with office staff and physicians.
• Actively listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal prompts during calls.
• Demonstrate learning agility to quickly understand clinical information and therapeutic marketplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
• Meet sales goals by using analytics while adhering to policies and PhRMA code.
