Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Bala Cynwyd, PA seeks a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to support patients, providers, and front-office staff. You will manage calls, scheduling, and online leads while fostering a friendly, professional check-in experience.

Open weekdays with rotating Saturdays, 7:00am–7:30pm. Healthcare experience is required; dermatology/medical setting preferred. Proficiency with EMR, Word, Excel and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling tasks.
• Process online leads promptly and professionally.
• Create a positive phone call experience for each caller and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform inventory and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
