Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in San Jose–Los Gatos is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to manage front office duties, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support providers and staff. Healthcare experience is required, and familiarity with EMR software, Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

The role involves Monday–Friday, 30+ hours weekly, with an hourly pay range of $21–$24.50 and benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and scheduling systems.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling-related tasks with professionalism.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere and deliver high-quality patient service.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate next steps.
• Perform inventory and stocking of supplies as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
