Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in San Francisco is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator/Medical Receptionist to manage front desk duties, support patients, providers, and staff, with prior healthcare exposure required.

The role is based at our SF - Presidio Terrace and SF - Nob Hill offices, with 30+ hours per week and weekday coverage. Candidates should be comfortable with EMR software and clinic scheduling, and aim to deliver excellent patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls and scheduling tasks, and manage online leads with a positive caller experience.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance service quality.
• Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate next steps.
• Perform inventory and stocking of supplies as requested.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
