Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full Time Assistant General Manager for our Boca Raton, FL office. You will oversee the office, lead teams, and drive essential processes to optimize performance.

Availability Monday–Friday with some Saturdays in business hours, and a strong focus on coaching staff and achieving KPIs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Medical Assistant/RN leadership, EMR experience, and a solid grounding in HIPAA/OSHA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Medical Assistant/RN role with Leadership Experience.
• Ability to Take Initiative.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Experience with EMR.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop A-Team that delivers A-Level Operational Outcomes and Processes.
• Culture of Positivity.
• Achieve KPIs and financial goals including collections and no-show rates.
• Audit SOPs and ensure compliance at all office levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Billing, IT and other departments.
