Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full Time Assistant General Manager for our Boca Raton, FL office. You will oversee the office, lead teams, and drive essential processes to optimize performance.

Availability Monday–Friday with some Saturdays in business hours, and a strong focus on coaching staff and achieving KPIs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Medical Assistant/RN leadership, EMR experience, and a solid grounding in HIPAA/OSHA.

Job Summary

Full Time Assistant General Manager position at our Boca Raton, FL Office. The Assistant General Manager oversees its respective office, teams, and processes that are essential to our success. An AGM will help build a team of capable and competent employees that can enhance and optimize operational performance of their office.

Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during business hours of 6am-6pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform as a stable operations leader – displays strong leadership that achieve KPIs and measurable goals such as financial collections, no show rates, provider utilization, etc.
  • Optimization of operational processes to deliver on goals – staffing percentages and budget adherence
  • Effective and collaborative management – able to effectively collaborate with other company departments/teams to achieve successful results
  • Independently drive key change and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals
  • Heavy focus on auditing SOPs and accountability of SOP compliance at all respective office levels, as well as supporting providers while coaching and developing staff to ensure all are A players
  • Hold team accountable for C.A.R.E Core Habits Specific Goals/Objectives
  • 1. Build a capable and competent Office Team while working closely with Operations Departments, HR, Billing, Accounting, IT, Marketing, PSC, respective providers, and fellow offices. Develop the office team in a cost-effective manner. Build a knowledge base across all disciplines Provide a strong culture of continued education and training for all staff members. Assist in managing, developing and coaching PCs and MAs Strong focus on full accountability of office SOP compliance through consistent auditing and follow through at office level
  • 2. Achieve monthly office goals set forth by the GM Report and KPIs. Track to financial goals and patient satisfaction goals, including but not exclusively: no show rates, financial balance collection, inventory tracking, auditing check in and check out procedures, patient satisfaction, follow up rates, etc. Ensure Staffing, Medical Supplies and Office Supplies are meeting or below plan
  • 3. Promote a culture of positivity and help build a company that has long-term sustainability.
  • 4. Obtain high levels of patient satisfaction. Goal is a net promoter score above 82 or office specific goal NPS results are reviewed daily and responded to as needed for promoter and detractor scores NPS themes per office and provider team are reviewed and action plans put in place as needed to address areas of opportunity All patient messages resolved within 24hrs and patient updated daily until resolved 15 4/5 Star external reviews (Yelp/Google)
  • 5. Achieve smooth running office level operations and site level autonomy. Minimal provider and staff complaints Office should be able to run autonomously daily with majority of problems resolved independently Create a positive and respectful office environment All biopsies or labs from over two weeks ago closed out and acted upon Collection reconciled and deposits managed per SOP Understand MA and PC role sufficient to fill in as needed Regular communication with provider and involvement in office decision to ensure team alignment Ensure that all office appointments for 2 days ahead are checked for accuracy and corrected if inaccurately scheduled Assist in staff scheduling management and provider scheduling data entry for payroll Assist in staff recruitment and interviews If needed, assist as AGM at an office in the geographical region
  • 6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.
