Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced Nursing Director to oversee General Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, and Phototherapy across three outpatient locations in the Boston area.

You will lead clinical, operational, and financial performance, develop staffing plans, mentor nursing leaders, and drive quality, patient experience, and innovation in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and current RN license in a procedural field.
• BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance across dermatology services.
• Foster excellence in patient care, quality, and safety.
