Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a field-based Associate Director to build and nurture compliant, strategic relationships with Dermatology NPAs and PAs across the United States. The role identifies thought leaders, shapes educational initiatives and informs brand, medical, and commercial strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong dermatology knowledge, credibility with NP/PA stakeholders and can collaborate across internal teams while traveling 50–75% for regional and national meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of Dermatology clinical practice, treatment decision-making and the role of APPs in patient care.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and attendance at major medical congresses. 50–75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for priority Dermatology NP and PA thought leaders.
• Identify emerging APP leaders and opportunities for education and advisory participation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for APP participation in advisory boards, educational programs, congresses and other compliant initiatives.
• Ensure compliant, evidence-based engagement with Dermatology APPs across the U.S.
