Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison to advance compliant, strategic relationships with Dermatology nurse practitioners and PAs across the United States. This field-based role partners with Medical Affairs, Marketing and field teams to translate clinical insights into education and program opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring dermatology clinical credibility, established NP/PA networks, and the ability to influence cross-functionally while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Dermatology clinical practice knowledge and APP roles in patient care.
• Ability to travel 50–75% including major medical congresses.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Experience with APP speaker programs or advisory activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for Dermatology NP and PA thought leaders.
• Identify emerging Dermatology APP thought leaders and cultivate relationships.
• Support APP education initiatives and educational program development.
• Generate actionable field insights to inform brand, medical, and launch strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Training and other functions.
• Represent the organization at Dermatology and specialty conferences; support advisory boards and educational events.
