Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison to build compliant, strategic relationships with Dermatology NP/PA thought leaders across the United States.

The role serves as a subject-matter expert and partner to the Dermatology APP community, identifying leaders, understanding practice patterns, and translating insights into brand, medical, and educational strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Dermatology clinical practice and APP roles.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior healthcare professionals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Travel up to 50–75% across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for Dermatology NP and PA leaders.
• Identify emerging APP thought leaders and influence practice patterns.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to align messaging with policies.
• Manage APP speaker programs and educational initiatives in a compliant manner.
• Generate field insights to inform brand and launch strategies.
