Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Dermatology clinical practice understanding and APP role in patient care.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior healthcare professionals and thought leaders.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–75%), including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for Dermatology NP and PA thought leaders.
• Identify emerging APP thought leaders and assess influence and areas of expertise.
• Build sustained, credible relationships with Dermatology APPs at the national level.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for APP participation in advisory boards and educational initiatives.
• Ensure compliant separation of promotional and unbranded activities and adherence to company policies.
