Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to staff its expanding second clinical office. This full-time, outpatient role offers high autonomy and direct mentorship from a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon as you manage an active outpatient volume.

You will perform skin evaluations, medical dermatology treatments, and routine procedural care across a multi-site clinic setting, with a focus on independent practice and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Formal dermatology training under a board-certified dermatologist.
• Minimum 1–2 years dermatology practice experience.
• Ability to practice independently with off-site supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and medical treatment for dermatologic conditions at the second clinic site.
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, lesion evaluations, cryotherapy, minor excisions).
• Conduct full-body skin exams, cancer screenings, and preventative education.
• Manage daily patient volume autonomously while collaborating with supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Partner with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and strong patient experiences.
