Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of dermatology/medical environment experience required.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and patient scheduling tools preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education encouraged.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Patient and Provider Support: Foster a welcoming and professional environment.
• Clinical Assistance: Assist providers with medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures.
• Operational Duties: Prepare and maintain exam rooms; monitor supplies and inventory.
• Inventory Management: Stock supplies and maintain inventory records.
• Documentation and Patient Management: Document treatments and manage follow-ups.
• Phone and Communication Management: Answer calls, schedule, and confirm appointments.
• Administrative Duties: Manage emails and time-sensitive tasks.
