The Norwalk office seeks a Full Time Medical Coordinator to support clinical and administrative tasks, acting as both Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires healthcare experience, HIPAA awareness, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a dermatology or medical environment preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and patient scheduling tools preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front office presence.
• Manage patient scheduling, insurance documentation, and demographics.
