Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate patient records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain histories, and document visit details.
• Assist with dermatology procedures: biopsies, injections, lasers, excisions.
• Administer local anesthesia and remove sutures.
• Scribe templates and chart notes per physician directions.
• Manage prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations.
• Log pathology samples and coordinate labs.
• Operate dermatology equipment such as UV units as needed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control.
• Stock exam rooms and keep care areas organized.
• Maintain consistent attendance and support department lead.
