Georgia Dermatology Partners in Brookhaven, GA seeks a Medical Assistant II to join our dermatology team. You will room patients, document histories, and assist with a variety of dermatology procedures including biopsies and cosmetic treatments such as Botox and laser therapies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of MA experience (dermatology preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and strong proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of medical assistant experience, with a dermatology specialization preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional medical certifications preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and document medical histories and visit reasons.
• Assist in surgical and cosmetic procedures, including biopsies and laser treatments.
• Prepare for procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Log pathology orders and transmit to laboratories.
• Manage prescription refills and prior authorizations.
