Clear Choice Dermatology in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant/Scribe to join a growing dermatology team. You will take detailed medical histories, document provider notes, and support clinical procedures in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include accurate transcription, maintaining patient records, and coordinating visits with frontline staff. A minimum of two years in a medical office and WA MA certification are required; training is provided for

Qualifications

• Must have WA Medical Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of medical office experience.
• Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
• Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed medical histories and provide compassionate care.
• Transcribe provider notes accurately and maintain patient records.
• Assist with medical procedures and prepare treatment rooms.
