Responsibilities

• Assist with dermatology procedures (biopsies, laser, injections, excisions).
• Administer local anesthesia and remove sutures as directed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control.
• Handle scribing duties and input templates/chart notes.
• Process prescription refills and manage prior authorizations.
• Log pathology samples and coordinate with labs.
• Operate specialized equipment (e.g., UVB, photodynamic therapy).
• Keep examination rooms stocked and organized.
