• Healthcare experience preferred but training will be provided.

• Flexible and willing to assist in any clinical operation area.
• Willing to travel to other locations outside Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Enter information concerning visit in EMR.
• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures and surgeries.
• Record and document patient history in charts.
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and patient questions.
• Review medical history and counsel patients on status and treatment needs.
• Explain and document lab and pathology results.
• Call in prescription refills.
• Explain procedures and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and urgent visits.
