Job summary

QualDerm Partners in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant to support providers and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will take vitals, document histories, assist during exams, prepare rooms, and help with basic lab tasks in a fast-paced dermatology practice.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, Medical Assistant certification preferred, strong communication, and a commitment to patient confidentiality. EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience as MA or in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and medical histories prior to examinations.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and procedure rooms.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle specimens.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and office communications.
• Educate patients about treatments and skincare options.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
