QualDerm Partners in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our team as needed. You will work closely with providers to support patient care in a dermatology-focused practice, ensuring efficient clinic operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality patient experiences. Prior MA or clinical office experience and knowledge of dermatology terminology are highly valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, especially dermatology.
• Strong communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with EHR and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examinations by recording vital signs and histories.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and procedure rooms.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and office communications.
• Educate patients about treatments, medications, and skincare.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
