OnSpot Dermatology is Florida's leading mobile dermatology practice delivering care across a fleet of clinics and in brick-and-mortar locations, seeking a Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy and drive patient growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare marketing, 2 years in dermatology marketing, and a proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email campaigns, CRM platforms, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• 2 years of marketing experience within a dermatology practice or dermatology organization.
• Strong understanding of dermatology services and patient education.
• Experience marketing to both patients (B2C) and healthcare/business partners (B2B).
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Experience managing social media for a healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support patient growth for mobile and brick‑and‑mortar locations.
• Create and manage campaigns targeting patients, providers, employers, and community partners.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Oversee social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation to improve patient engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate public relations opportunities, media outreach, and community awareness campaigns.
• Plan and support community events and employer wellness initiatives across Florida.
• Analyze campaign performance and report KPIs to leadership.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors (photographers, designers, printers, agencies).
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead future marketing team members.
