Qualifications

• Approximately three or more years of relevant marketing, community engagement, or related experience.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with community partners, printers, vendors, media partners, and other external resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support organizational growth, patient acquisition, provider visibility, service‑line priorities, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative development, approvals, implementation, and performance tracking to ensure initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist in proactively researching and identifying community events, partnerships, sponsorships, educational opportunities, health fairs, skin cancer awareness initiatives, and other community activities.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies for providers, locations, and services to increase patient volume and provider growth.
• Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and community initiatives using available data and ROI metrics.
