Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific information into engaging, compliant materials.
• Strong background in medical education or HCP marketing for specialty products.
• Experience coordinating speaker programs and advisory boards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration with Medical Affairs and Compliance to navigate promotional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the medical education plan for HCP engagement in product launch.
• Create scientific and promotional speaker decks with accuracy and data integrity.
• Plan and manage advisory boards (live and virtual) including content and logistics.
• Oversee Speaker Bureau: nomination, training and certification of speakers.
• Lead speaker training programs and curricula to ensure compliant content.
