Qualifications

• Experience supporting departmental budgets, vendor management, and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and approval workflows.
• Facilitate legal review and contract execution processes.
• Manage vendor communications regarding contracts, signatures, payments, and project status.
