The role focuses on procurement, invoicing, RFP preparation, KPI tracking, and logistics, with remote collaboration across time zones in a hybrid setup.

The candidate should have a B.S. in a related scientific field, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ChemDraw/ELN is preferred.

Formación

• Education requirement: B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Basic understanding of synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical development, or related science.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ChemDraw/ELN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchase orders and track procurement processes.
• Process invoices and assist with vendor management.
• Prepare requests for proposals and support shipping logistics.
• Track KPIs and maintain file repositories.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners across time zones.
