Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to be assigned to a clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment term after program completion.
• Provide 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts.

Responsibilities

• 12-month immersive training with one-on-one instruction.
• Daily clinical rotations with hands-on patient care in diverse dermatology cases.
• Milestone-based skill assessments to track professional growth.
