Takeda seeks a Specialty Business Manager focused on Dermatology to drive demand through education and clinical value delivery. You will educate healthcare providers, manage accounts, and collaborate with hospital clinics and physician offices within the assigned geography.

The role involves achieving sales goals, building strong relationships with decision makers, and coordinating clinical education programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda.
• Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Understanding of managed care landscape and its influence on business.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams.
• Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
• Training and certifications as required by role and location.

Responsabilidades

• Support account on-boarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities, including delivering the clinical value proposition.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management activities within Dermatology practices, clinics and outlets.
• Attain sales goals by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the assigned Territory.
• Establish professional relationships with HCPs and stakeholders to support safe and effective use of products.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages to HCPs based on clinical information and approved materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement with decision makers.
