Frontier Dermatology in Seattle Northgate is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first and last impression at our dermatology office, handling check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and copays.

This role offers a typical Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and a wage range of $21.30–$26.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, parking.

Qualificações

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment.
• HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
• Fast-paced environment with multi-provider check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deposits, and use of multiple computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients for multiple providers.
• Schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance.
• Collect copays and process daily deposits.
• Operate a variety of computer programs.
