Frontier Dermatology is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first and last impression at our front desk, supporting clinics across Washington with occasional travel to Aberdeen and Centralia. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30am–4:30pm, and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include checking in patients, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deposits, and using multiple computer programs. Benefits include health, retirement, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment or healthcare training program.
• HS Diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
• Able to check in patients for multiple providers, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, handle daily deposits, and use various computer programs.
