Job summary

Frontier Dermatology in Olympia (travel to nearby locations) seeks a Patient Service Representative to provide front desk customer service in a fast-paced dermatology office. The role includes checking in patients for multiple providers, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, and deposits, using several computer programs during a Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:45pm schedule.

Salary ranges $20.50–$26.00 hourly with benefits such as Health Insurance, 401k, Life Insurance, 8 paid holidays, tiered

Qualifications

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment, or graduate of a healthcare training program.
• HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment; duties include checking in patients, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deposits, and multiple computer programs.
• Exceptional customer service skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.
