Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to join our reception team at Keizer with opportunities to support multiple clinic locations. You will be the first and last impression for patients, handle check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification, and assist with payments and deposits in a fast-paced environment.

We value excellent customer service, strong organization, and attention to detail. Training covers our electronic systems and daily workflows across several dermatology

Qualifications

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office environment.
• HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience.
• Fast paced environment; duties include check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deposits, and computer programs.
• Exceptional customer service, highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for multiple providers.
• Schedule appointments for patients and providers.
• Verify insurance information and collect copays.
• Process daily deposits and title accounts accurately.
• Operate a variety of computer programs as needed.
