Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, EMR, practice management software, and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and on the phone professionally and warmly.
• Answer calls, triage, and route inquiries as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Verify insurance and collect payments per policy.
• Maintain patient charts and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Enter data into the EMR and scheduling systems.
• Maintain no-show and cancellation tracking.
• Collaborate with back-office staff and physicians.
