Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical reception experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and scheduling tasks efficiently.
• Manage front office duties and patient flow.
• Assist providers and staff; support patient onboarding.
• Maintain inventory and stocking of supplies as needed.
• Attend in-house training and continuing education opportunities.
