Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Park Ave Office to support front office duties and provide strong patient, provider, and staff support.

Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling, and online leads while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with inventory as needed. Opportunity to participate in ongoing training within a dermatology setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience is preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all front office duties and scheduling-related tasks.
• Provide support to patients, providers, and staff.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance service.
• Attend in-house training and continuing education opportunities.
• Understand patient flow and assist providers accordingly.
