Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator for our Syracuse Office to join our front desk team. You will handle calls, scheduling tasks, and online leads with a focus on providing a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, understanding provider-to-patient flow, stocking supplies, attending in-house training, and using EMR/patient scheduling software. Prior healthcare experience is preferred; dermatology exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and scheduling systems preferred.
• Computer savvy; familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
