Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients upon arrival.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics; collects payments.
• Answers the phone politely and directs calls appropriately.
• Facilitates patient flow by notifying staff of arrivals and check-ins/outs.
• Keeps office supplies stocked and maintains equipment.
• Maintains inventory and learns new products.
• Delivers excellent customer service for a positive patient experience.
• Verifies health benefits with approved providers.
• Schedules appointments and handles medical records/referrals.
• Keeps reception area clean and organized.
