Goodman Dermatology in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time role. The position involves greeting patients, scheduling, registering new patients, and handling check-in/out, payments, and referrals. You will be the first point of contact and ensure a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in a medical office, excellent oral communication, and a willingness to work in a team. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and welcomes patients as they arrive for their appointments.
• Registers new patients and updates patient demographics; collects and applies payments.
• Answers the phone with professional etiquette and directs calls as needed.
• Facilitates patient flow by notifying clinical staff of arrival and checking patients in/out.
• Keeps office supplies stocked and monitors equipment.
• Maintains accurate inventory of products and learns new items.
• Provides a positive patient experience with excellent service.
• Verifies patient benefits with approved healthcare companies.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates referrals and records.
• Keeps reception area clean and organized.
• Works in a team environment to accomplish tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
