Job summary

Takeda in Asheville, NC is seeking a Dermatology Specialty Business Manager to drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing opportunities in dermatologist offices, clinics and hospital accounts.

You will lead clinical education, coordinate programs, and execute local marketing strategies while building relationships with decision makers to support patient access and safe use of our dermatology products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS in a related field.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or equivalent; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Dermatology experience preferred and knowledge of managed care landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support account on-boarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities and deliver the clinical value proposition.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management within Dermatology practices and clinics.
• Attain sales goals and contribute to brand strategy in the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with HCP decision makers to support safe and effective product use.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages to HCPs using approved materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies and share ideas to enhance results.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
