Takeda Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Business Manager to lead dermatology sales efforts in the Asheville, NC region.

The SBM will educate healthcare providers, drive clinical value propositions, and advance patient access education for medical staff while aligning with brand strategies and compliant selling practices. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with dermatology exposure preferred; strong strategic planning and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical experience.
• Experience calling Dermatologists is highly preferred
• Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills and adaptability to market changes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; resides near the geography

Responsibilities

• Support account onboarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities and deliver the clinical value proposition to HCPs.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for health care professionals.
• Establish professional relationships with health care providers and stakeholders to support safe product use.
• Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the assigned Territory.
• Demonstrate leadership and comply with Takeda policies and training.
