Job summary

Pfizer’s Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based role driving adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will collaborate with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling, disease-state knowledge, reimbursement navigation, and effective engagement across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; 8+ years with associate degree; 10+ years with high school diploma.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or related marketing roles.
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory/account strategies to drive demand and sales in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate reimbursement pathways and patient access resources to improve access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and inform brand strategy.
