Job summary

L’Oréal Derm Team is seeking a Skin Health Advisor to link scientific data with dermatologists, driving share of recommendation and sales in the field. You will partner with the Regional Sales Director to plan and execute field detailing aligned with company standards.

You will educate clinicians on product portfolios, build strong office relationships, and manage travel across your territory, with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 direct sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical fields.
• Must live within territory boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with follow-through.
• Able to self-manage and work autonomously.
• Technical/clinical aptitude and analytical/business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales Director to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain relationships with dermatology offices and staff.
• Educate dermatologists on priority product portfolio and use samples to drive recommendations.
• Maintain a minimum call average of 5 offices per day.
• Create and implement field routing to achieve reach and frequency targets.
• Analyze and control expenditures to meet budget requirements.
• Schedule and present action plans to Regional Director.
• Coordinate events like speaker programs and lunches to educate dermatologists.
• Monitor and report market intelligence.
