Job summary

L’Oréal Derm Team is seeking a Skin Health Advisor for Central PA. This field-based role bridges scientific data and dermatologists to drive product recommendations and sales. You will implement data-driven strategies with regular field detailing and territory management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in direct medical/pharma sales, strong CRM and Excel skills, and the ability to travel 50%+. A college degree and dermatology exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 direct sales experience required, preferably in medical or pharmaceuticals.
• Must live within the territory's boundaries.
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• Proven and consistent results promoting goods, services, and concepts.
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously when needed.
• Strong technical/clinical aptitude and analytical/business acumen.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment to meet needs.
• Strong computer, CRM, and software skills including Excel.
• A valid, clean driver's license is required.
• Lift, push, pull up to fifteen pounds.
• Ability to travel 50%+ with overnight stays including tradeshows and company meetings.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Sales Director to achieve sales and recommendation targets.
• Maintain ongoing communications with dermatology offices and build relationships.
• Educate dermatologists and staff on priority product portfolio and leverage samples.
• Maintain a minimum call average of 5 dermatology offices per day.
• Create and implement optimal field routing to achieve reach and frequency goals.
• Monitor expenditures to meet budget requirements.
• Plan and present action plans to the Regional Director.
• Coordinate events to educate dermatologists about products and clinical studies.
• Monitor and report market intelligence.
