Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Youngstown, OH, with up to 50% travel. You will educate providers on coverage, assist with authorizations, and resolve access barriers across Immunology accounts. This role supports patient access and requires solid payer knowledge.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, HUB services, and cross-functional groups to optimize outcomes and ensure compliant, ethical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in account management or reimbursement.
• Experience with hospital/provider settings and payer processes.
• Ability to navigate payer policies and educate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Collaborate with field support and reimburse as the local expert.
• Address access issues with urgency and drive patient support.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Lead field-based reimbursement, education and problem solving.
• Build relationships with Immunology accounts and plan territory.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding.
