You will collaborate with sales and marketing, manage field logistics, and stay current on coverage, coding, and reimbursement trends to improve patient access and affordability. This is a field-based position with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience with billing and coding.
• Ability to build relationships across a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving for access scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Educate on product coverage, prior authorizations, and coding requirements for payers.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency and insight.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
• Build trust-based relationships with Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Stay updated on national/regional market dynamics and hub channels.
